Introducing: the juiciest, mouth-watering-ist, tastiest burger this side of River Street!
Now you can get your burger fix at home with the a little help from Executive Chef, Jason Starnes. Here is what you need to make the signature Rhett Burger.
+ 2 Local beef patties (4oz each)
+ 2 American cheese slices
+ 1 Delicious Pickle (sliced thin)
+ ½ Red onion (shaved thin)
+ ¼ cup special sauce
+ 1 ea. Brioche Bun
Rhett Special Sauce:
+ 1 shallot minced finely
+ 2 c. Duke’s Mayo
+ 1 ½ c. Ketchup
+ 1 TBL Horseradish
+ 1 tsp Hot sauce
+ 2 tsp Worcestershire
+ ½ ea delicious pickle (chopped)
+ ¼ c capers rough chopped
+ 1 TBL lemon juice
+ 1 TBL Brandy
+ ¼ tsp smoked paprika
Season Burgers with salt & pepper, then cook in very hot cast iron skillet (no need for oil). Flip burgers and smash flat with spatula. Add shaved onions to one patty and top both patties with American cheese.
Toast bun until completely warmed through. Once bun is warmed through, place a small spoon full of Special sauce on both sides. Place pickles on bottom bun, then place burgers on top of pickles.
Cap with top bun and enjoy! Eat it while its hot!
