The Savannah Boat Show, now in its 19th year, is located on Hutchinson Island, Georgia, overlooking the Savannah River and on the South Carolina border. The show primarily showcases powerboats. Each year, fishing experts are on-hand for seminars and demonstrations. The show also features boats overlooking the Savannah River and other maritime displays and exhibits. In its history, the show has held shag contests, seafood festivals, live music and other family entertainment. It’s one of the few winter boat shows in the country fortunate enough to have a water-front view.

The Club Car Championship at The Landings Club, formerly known as the Savannah Golf Championship, is contested annually on the Deer Creek Course at The Landings Club. The tournament is a part of the Korn Ferry Tour Schedule and is a four-day, 72-hole, stroke-play competition with a total purse of $600,000.

Blue Man Group is an American performance art company formed in 1987, known for its stage productions which incorporate many kinds of music and art, both popular and obscure, in its performances. Performers, known as “Blue Men”, have their skin painted blue. During productions, the performers are mute and always appear in groups of three.

Celebrating their 8th year, this annual get together, brings to Savannah a series of dazzling seafood and spirit events hosted by premiere venues on the cutting edge of the culinary and cocktail scene. Overlooking the Savannah River and historic downtown Savannah, the venues are filled with laid back charm and unparalleled vistas.
The 14th annual Fiesta Latina is set for September 28 at Rousakis Plaza. The festival offers delicious Hispanic food as well as arts and crafts.
There will be dancers and live bands celebrating the Latino genres and cultural sounds.
With 69 years of tradition and good memories to build on, this annual festival will feature homemade Greek foods, Greek desserts, Greek dancing, Greek music, church tours, market place, and so much more during the three-day celebration of Greek food, music and heritage.

The Savannah College of Art and Design presents the annual festival, celebrating cinematic creativity from both award-winning professionals and emerging student filmmakers. Each year, more than 63,000 people attend the eight-day SCAD Savannah Film Festival. The festival is host to a wide variety of competition film screenings, special screenings, workshops, panels, and lectures.

In 1908, Savannah became the birthplace of Grand Prix racing in America. Savannah Speed Classic is the lead-in for a motorsports extravaganza that spans nine days and includes a Car Club Showcase, Legends of the Autobahn and the Hilton Head Concours d’Elegance on nearby Hilton Head Island, November 5-7.
